For the first time released to the public is my very first attempt at a game jam, hosted at my college during June of 2024.

The game is about a prisoner being given a second chance at life, if they agree to be part of a game show where they fight off enemies representing their own fears in front of a live studio audience.

Approximately the game took me about 19 hours to complete within the 24 hour deadline I was given, so jankiness, bugs and your typical glitches are to be expected as a result.

The theme of the game jam was dystopian, and as part of it, everyone was given randomised prompts, including things that needed to be added to their game. For me these prompts were:

Genre: Action
Enemy: Creepers
Item: Grappling Hook
Food: Chicken
NPC: Chicken
Weapon: Revolver

For the sake of preservation, I've decided to not fix or alter the game itself, which means bugs, glitches, horrible writing (and a few silly typos) remain. 

The game does include a custom music feature, provided it's of the .ogg file type, named music.ogg and placed within the music folder. So if you wanna listen to Guerilla Radio whilst playing (just like how I was during development), or wanna hear Bubble asking if they could kiss Jax on repeat throughout the whole game for some reason, then you can do that!

RMB: Use Grapple Hook
Scroll Wheel: Change Available Weapons

Note: please remember that the game was only made within 24 hours, so it's obviously not going to be super polished.
